Seeking an experienced and detail-oriented ATP (Acceptance Test Procedure) Technician to support the testing and validation of Hero loitering munition systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics, testing methodologies, and quality assurance processes, with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues effectively. This position will play a key role in ensuring that systems meet rigorous standards before delivery and deployment.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct final functional, operational, and performance testing of Hero loitering munitions.
- Perform hands-on testing of electronic and mechanical components in a controlled environment.
- Collaborate with engineers and production teams to identify and resolve any performance issues or discrepancies.
- Inspect and verify the proper calibration and functioning of equipment used in the final testing process.
- Monitor test environments and ensure compliance with safety protocols and military specifications.
- Document and report test results, troubleshooting procedures, and any issues that arise during the testing phase.
- Assist in the analysis and interpretation of test data to ensure product compliance and operational reliability.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure testing area, adhering to health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance testing efficiency and quality assurance practices.
- Troubleshoot malfunctions or failures and work with design or engineering teams to correct any defects.
- Support quality control teams with detailed assessments and verification of final product condition before shipping.
- Assistance in the investigation of malfunctions and phenomena that arise as part of the integration, testing and trial processes.
- Assistance in writing system specifications and test specifications.
- Travel to vendors and other production sites to assist in final integration testing procedures.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent technical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in an ATP or testing technician role, ideally within the defense, aerospace, or high-tech manufacturing industries.
- Strong understanding of electro-mechanical systems and test procedures.
- Proficiency in using electronic test equipment
- Experience with troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing complex systems and components.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and drawings to perform tests.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality and safety standards.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience with automated testing systems or software.
- Preferred Experience in the defense industry or with military-grade systems.
- Preferred Familiarity with testing procedures for loitering munition systems or similar technology.
- Preferred Certification in electronics testing or related fields (e.g., IPC, MIL-STD).
