Summary
This individual is on the front line, ensuring customer satisfaction by responding to service requests for onsite customer locations in their assigned territory.
This position offers the opportunity to travel and receive travel benefits like a company supplied vehicle (for work use only), equipment, and per diem.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring customer needs for any Point of Sale computer hardware, servers, laser printers, meat scales and wrappers, network equipment, wireless devices, etc.
- Responding to issues that are reported with the appropriate troubleshooting, diagnostics, repair, and thorough testing.
- Keep customers fully updated, and ensure service call completions are documented accurately with comprehensive details, as well as ensure any parts/equipment used are appropriately accounted for.
- Willing to travel when needed (limited overnight travel) and maintain ability to work regular hours, as well as after-hours availability when needed.
