Position Summary
As a Lead Retail Sales Associate, you’ll act as the face of our clients within leading retail stores. Your mission will be to create an exceptional in-store experience — engaging customers, sharing product knowledge, and converting interest into sales. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and want the opportunity to grow into leadership or account management roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent our clients’ brands professionally inside major retail environments (e.g., national retailers and big-box stores)
- Approach and engage with customers to provide product information and create a positive brand experience
- Generate new sales, meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance goals
- Assist in managing product displays, promotional materials, and inventory presentation
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and field teams to identify customer needs and optimize campaign strategies
- Maintain accurate records of sales performance and customer interactions
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and selling techniques
Qualifications & Skills
- Prior experience in retail, customer service, or sales preferred (not required — we provide comprehensive training)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Self-motivated with a positive, goal-driven attitude
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team culture
- Comfortable standing and interacting with customers throughout the workday
- Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States
