We are currently seeking dependable and compassionate Home Health Aides (HHA), Personal Care Aides (PCA), or Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team. This role provides non-medical support to clients in their homes to help them maintain their independence and quality of life.
Schedule:
- Daytime shifts available
- Some weekend availability required
Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene
- Support with mobility and transfers
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Light housekeeping including laundry and meal preparation
- Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisors
- Follow personalized care plans and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Current HHA, PCA, or CNA certification (preferred but not required)
- Previous experience in home care or similar role preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- CPR/First Aid Certification (a plus, but not required initially)
