Core Facial Services You Will Perform
Our spa specializes in a curated menu of glow‐boosting and corrective treatments, including signature facials and add on enhancements such as dermaplaning / epidermal leveling, microdermabrasion, extra extractions, and Hydrojelly masks.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintains a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment environment.
- Performs high‐quality facial treatments according to spa protocols.
- Delivers welcoming and professional client experience.
- Serves as an expert in skin analysis and maintenance regimes.
- Discusses options with clients to determine their individual needs.
- Promotes Le Bijou services, products, and treatments when appropriate.
- Provides education to clients on skincare routines and aftercare.
- Maintains accurate client records and treatment notes.
Position Qualifications
- Texas Licensed Esthetician or Aesthetician (state‐required)
- At least 2 years of experience performing facials, utilizing electrical modalities (high frequency, LED, microcurrent)
- Strong knowledge of skincare, ingredients, and treatment techniques.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to perform administrative tasks such as completing transactions on the computerized register, performing close-out procedures and light housekeeping duties.
- Ability to stand, walk, feel, reach, and lift products up to twenty-five pounds.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
