The Kamson Corporation, a premier apartment management organization, is seeking an experienced and professional Leasing Consultant to join our team at a garden-style apartment community in Piscataway, NJ.
Position Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 1+ years of experience in apartment leasing and office management</li>
<li>Strong customer service orientation</li>
<li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Experience with I Love Leasing, MRI, and LRO is a plus</li>
</ul>
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Manage the entire leasing process, from initial contact through application submission to Corporate</li>
<li>Respond to telephone and email inquiries professionally and promptly</li>
<li>Tour and present apartments to prospective residents</li>
<li>Conduct walk-throughs of vacant, ready-to-rent units</li>
<li>Support additional leasing and office management duties as needed</li>
</ul>
