We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our team! The Retail Sales Associate plays a key role in delivering an excellent in-store experience. This role is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, driving sales, maintaining store presentation, and supporting daily operations
Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and provide friendly, attentive service
• Assess customer needs and recommend products that best fit their preferences
• Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products
• Ringing up sales and assisting customers from the first point of contact
• Handle inbound general and sales calls
• Maintain visual standards, including merchandising, displays, and product organization
• Treats all team members and customers with respect and consideration
• Building a rapport with customers through conversation and honest communication
• Assisting Owner, Management, Supervisors or other team members with various tasks throughout shift
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in retail sales (Preferably in a high-end retail environment)
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to work as a team
• Fast learner – resourceful skills are a must
Requirements:
• Reliable Transportation
• Ability to work a flexible schedule which will require evening, weekend, and holidays shifts
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
