Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 DOE + 401(k), Medical/Dental, Paid Vacation

We’re a top-rated Pierce County criminal defense firm with a thriving misdemeanor practice. We are currently hiring a criminal defense attorney to take charge of courtroom advocacy, motion practice, and trial preparation—while our support team handles the paperwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage approx. 30 active misdemeanor cases
- Handle negotiations, motion practice, and trials
- Focus on strategy and advocacy—admin handled by support staff
Qualifications:
- Active member of the WSBA
- Knowledge of WA criminal court procedures & evidence rules
- Excellent courtroom, communication, and client-relations skills
- Former/current prosecutors encouraged to apply (confidentiality honored)
