We are currently seeking a Licensed Esthetician to join our team of dedicated professionals.
Position Overview:
The Licensed Esthetician is responsible for providing exceptional skin care services to our clients, delivering personalized consultations, and promoting appropriate retail products to support clients' skincare goals. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, customer-focused, and committed to ongoing education in skincare trends and techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform professional skin care services including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, waxing, and other esthetic treatments as trained and licensed.
- Conduct thorough consultations and skin analyses to determine appropriate treatment plans for clients.
- Educate clients on skincare techniques, treatment options, and product recommendations to support their skincare goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized treatment room in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Build strong, professional relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay current on industry trends, product knowledge, and continuing education requirements.
- Assist with front desk duties and retail sales as needed.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a current and valid Aesthetician license in the state of TN.
- 1+ year of aesthetician experience preferred, but new graduated with a passion for skincare are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to recommend retail products based on individual client needs.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset.
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Proficient in body waxing is preferred.
- Lash technician is preferred but not required.
