Above All Home Care in Houston, TX is looking for one caregiver to join our team. We are located in Houston, TX and we service clients across the entire state of Texas. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and hard-working.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and maintaining a clean, safe living environment.
- Assist with medication reminders and basic healthcare monitoring as needed.
- Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and recreational activities.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors regarding care plans and any changes in the client’s condition.
- Adhere to safety and infection control protocols to ensure client well-being.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided, including daily logs and reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in caregiving or a similar role preferred but not required.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a strong commitment to client care.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting or transferring clients, as needed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and provide work references.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred (if applicable).
