Job Description:
As a Coffee Machine Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various coffee machines. You’ll work directly with clients to resolve technical issues, perform routine maintenance, and deliver excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and set up coffee machines at client locations
Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs to ensure optimal machine functionality
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues accurately and efficiently
Provide on-site technical support and basic operational training to clients
Maintain clear and accurate service documentation, including repair logs and parts usage
Manage and organize an inventory
Communicate effectively with the customer service team and management regarding maintenance schedules and service updates
Preferred Experience & Skills:
Prior experience as a technician, preferably with coffee machines or similar equipment
Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
Knowledge of coffee machine models and repair procedures is a plus
Excellent problem-solving abilities and quick diagnostic skills
Strong customer service skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Qualifications:
Attention to detail with strong mechanical and technical abilities
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license
