Job Title: Lash Stylist / Lash Technician / Lash Artist
Location: Santa Clara, CA (in-person)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $38.00 per hour (plus tips, commission, and bonuses)
Expected Hours: Up to 40 hours per week

We’re hiring experienced Lash Stylists / Lash Technicians for our brand-new location in Santa Clara Square Plaza — conveniently located near Whole Foods, Starbucks, Sephora, CorePower Yoga, and more!

What We Offer:

- Stylists average $1,500–$2,000/month in tips

Requirements:
- Valid California Esthetician or Cosmetology License (Required)
- 1+ year experience as a Lash Stylist (Required)
- Skilled in Classic, Hybrid, Volume, and Mega Volume lash techniques
- Experience in lash lifts, brow laminations, tints, and waxing
- Passionate about beauty and lash artistry
- Strong customer service skills
- Certified in lash extensions (preferred)
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
What You’ll Do:
- Provide expert lash and brow services
- Create custom lash looks using proper techniques
- Educate clients on aftercare and maintenance
- Promote memberships, packages, and retail products
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment
- Support day-to-day studio operations
