What Youll Do

• Lead and mentor contents technicians on job sites.
• Supervise packing, inventory, and restoration of personal belongings.
• Manage organization of the warehouse and storage spaces.
• Oversee and document contents jobs in Assured Software.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during stressful situations.
• Train new hires on best practices and uphold safety standards.
• Roll up your sleeves, carpet cleaning, deodorization, mold remediation, and more.

What You Bring

• Leadership experience (1+ years in a supervisory role preferred).
• A knack for organizing and motivating people.
• Strong communication skillsEnglish required, Spanish a plus.
• Valid drivers license & clean background check.
• IICRC certifications (Water, Fire & Smoke, Carpet Cleaning, Applied Structural Drying) are a bonusbut not required, well help you grow.

The Work

• Physical and hands-on: lifting, moving, cleaning, and organizing.
• Indoor and outdoor environments with varied conditions.
• Youll be on the movesometimes in homes, sometimes in the warehouse, sometimes both in a single day.
