About the Role:

As a Machinist at 3V Precision Machining, Inc., you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by producing precision components that meet stringent specifications. Your expertise in operating CNC machines and utilizing various machine tools will ensure that our products are crafted with the highest level of accuracy and quality. You will be responsible for interpreting blueprints and applying geometric tolerancing to create parts that fit seamlessly into larger assemblies. Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a machinist or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of geometric tolerancing and blueprint reading.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in CNC machining or related field.
  • Experience with tool and die making.
  • Familiarity with CAD software.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project requirements.
  • Utilize precision measuring tools to ensure parts meet quality standards and tolerances.
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
  • Collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency.
