We are currently hiring skilled Mechanical Millwrights for ongoing industrial projects in Charlotte, NC.
This role involves installing, assembling, maintaining, and troubleshooting heavy industrial machinery and mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and align pumps, motors, conveyors, and mechanical equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Perform maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery
- Use precision tools to ensure proper alignment and fit
- Work safely in active plant and industrial environments
- Collaborate with crew members to complete tasks efficiently and on schedule
Requirements:
- 2+ years of mechanical millwright experience in an industrial setting
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with rigging, lifting, and moving heavy equipment
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and perform accurate measurements
- Must have own basic tools and PPE
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
- Must have an OSHA 10 or higher certificate
- Must be open for pre-employment drug testing
