They are seeking associates for their high tech and life sciences patent litigation practices for their New York City, San Francisco, Santa Monica, Silicon Valley, Seattle, and Washington, DC offices.

Job Requirements:

• 1 to 6 years of patent litigation experience
• Superior academic credentials
• Excellent written, oral, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Admitted to practice (must be active and in good standing in the state where you will work, if hired, or be eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam)
• While degrees or industry experience in high tech or life sciences fields are preferred, they are not required – this firm encourages applications from associates who have studied or worked in a variety of fields and industries

• The anticipated salary range for this position is: $235,000 to $390,000/year. The actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
• A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance. Additional information about employee eligibility for benefits and discretionary bonus will be made available upon request.
