Pay Range: $18.00 – $23.49/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time | Overnight | 4-Day Work Week (10-hour shifts)

The Arch is seeking reliable, experienced Residential Technicians to join our overnight team. This role is well suited for individuals who value consistency, professionalism, and meaningful work, and who enjoy providing steady support to residents during a quieter—but essential—part of the day.

What You’ll Do:

Provide overnight supervision and support in a residential recovery setting
Serve as a calm, steady presence, helping maintain a safe and respectful environment
Assist residents with orientation, routines, and daily needs as appropriate
Complete documentation, logs, and reports accurately and on time
Conduct urine collections and property checks in accordance with program guidelines
Respond thoughtfully to resident concerns, behaviors, or overnight issues
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to support continuity of care

Preferred (Not Required):

Experience working overnight shifts
Background in human services, criminal justice, or behavioral health
Interest in long-term work within a residential or recovery-focused setting
