What You'll Do:
We're seeking a Machine Setup Operator with injection molding experience to join our production team. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining molding machines and related equipment to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and product quality.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in injection molding setup and operation (preferred within a manufacturing or plastics environment).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, and use precision measuring tools.
- Familiarity with thermoplastics and mold temperature control systems.
