Job Title: Production Operator
Client: Aerospace Industry
Duration: 6 Months (Possible Extension)
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85043
Shifts:
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: Monday–Friday, 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM
Responsibilities
- Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE.
- Read, follow, and document work using written instructions, travelers, and log sheets.
- Meet daily/weekly production time and quality standards.
- Use precision measuring tools to ensure product accuracy.
- Produce parts according to certifications and quality guidelines.
- Support multiple production functions (grit blast, grinding, belt sanding, chiseling, tack welding, brazing, cleaning).
- Maintain work area using 5-S housekeeping principles.
- Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, and ethical standards.
- Communicate clearly with team members, supervisors, and customers.
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- English fluency (reading, writing, speaking).
- Ability to pass required testing and annual exams.
- 1+ years of production or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to meet performance expectations within six months.
- Intermediate computer skills required.
- Strong work ethic, accountability, and team collaboration.
- Lean mindset or process improvement experience is beneficial.
