Central PA Construction Litigation Attorney
Job Description
A mid-sized regional firm is looking for a mid-level construction litigation attorney with 3+ years of experience to join a busy and well-established team in their Harrisburg, PA office. The role includes a mix of litigation (~60%) and transactional work (~40%) supporting contractors, developers and subcontractors in matters involving contracts, defect claims, OSHA, licensing, and related disputes. Strong litigation skills-- especially e-discovery, depositions, and motion practice are essential.
PA Bar required. 1800 billable hour target (bonus eligible at 1700 hours). Anticipated salary $135K depending on experience. Team is largely in-office but are open to discuss hybrid arrangement for the right candidate.
