Job DescriptionStep into a Day in Seafood Production

Your workday starts before sunrise. You gear up, step into a cold, wet, fast-moving production floor, and take pride in turning fresh seafood into precisely cut, safely packaged products ready for customers. You’ll switch between hands-on fish fabrication, efficient packing and labeling, and careful handling of incoming materials—all while maintaining spotless work areas and detailed production logs.

What You’ll Do

• Cut, clean, and portion fish to exact specifications and company standards.
• Package, seal, and label products for distribution with accuracy and speed.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with sanitation requirements.
• Operate food processing and packaging machinery safely and correctly.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and quality protocols without exception.
• Assist with receiving and storing raw materials to support production flow.
• Record production and inventory information as required.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

What You Bring

• Experience in food production or seafood handling (preferred, not required).
• Stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Consistent adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
• Bilingual Spanish/English (required).

Proficiencies

• Warehouse experience.
• Material handling experience.
• Forklift licensed.
