JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair devices
- Disassembles devices, using hand or power tools and measuring devices
- Replace defective parts from cell phones such as replacing LCD, Ports, Housings, Speakers, Cameras, and Buttons
- Water damage repair, charge ports and batteries
- Reassembles cell phones after making repairs or replacing parts
- Attention to detail, thoroughness and follow-through
- Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed quality standards
REQUIREMENTS:
- Good to basic technical skills with cell phones and electronics
- 2+ year’s experience with smart phone repair
- 2+ year’s experience troubleshooting electronics/wireless devices
- Good working knowledge of mobile devices and operating systems
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Flexible and willing to change direction to meet business needs
