Job summary: Manual soldering to assemble, test, and create wire harnessing for aerospace/simulation products in a fast-paced production environment.

Job duties: Assemble electronic equipment, install components, units, sub-assemblies, & wiring.
- Assemble units with process that may include but not limited to: soldering, stripping wires, crimping pins, heat shrinking of tubing, labels.
- Read and interpret drawings, Schematics, specifications, work orders or reports.
- Test products to ensure conformance to specification.
- Perform manual assembly during the small-scale production of electronic devices used in simulated avionic systems.

REQUIREMENTS

· Demonstrate good soldering skills.

· Recent PC Board soldering experience.

· Able to read work instructions and assembly drawings.

· Ability to fully wire units using schematics and wiring diagrams with little to no supervision

· Knowledge of operating crimping tools, ohmmeter, power supplies, and oscilloscopes

· Electronic Engineering Tech degree preferred

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

· Able to sit for a long period of time.

· Must be able to lift, carry, stand, walk, reach, pull up to 20 pounds.
