Your Role
As a Part-Time Esthetician, you will be the cornerstone of our clients' skincare journey. Your primary role is to provide a range of high-quality facial and body treatments, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to our serene spa atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of facial treatments, including deep cleansing, exfoliating, and hydrating facials, tailored to individual client needs.

Provide expert waxing services for the face and body, ensuring client comfort and safety.

Recommend and educate clients on skincare products and at-home routines.

Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-stocked treatment room in accordance with state regulations.

Build and maintain a loyal client base through excellent service and personalized care.

Assist with spa reception and other team duties as needed.
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and knowledgeable individual who is passionate about skincare and client wellness.
Qualifications:

Valid Esthetician license issued by the State of Michigan.

Minimum 3 years post graduation spa experience.

Proficiency in a wide range of esthetic treatments, including facials and waxing with Medi-Spa experience a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A professional, polished appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including some evenings and weekends.
