Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Oversight: Manage day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production processes and adherence to schedules.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor production staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure products meet established standards.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and lead initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety protocols are followed, promoting a culture of safety within the production team.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, coordinating with the purchasing department to ensure the availability of necessary materials.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, sales, and other departments to align production with company objectives and customer requirements.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in production management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and processes; experience with UV technology is a plus.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion.
