What you'll do:
As our on-site Resident Manager, you'll be the go-to resource for day-to-day operations at Rogue River Estates. You'll:
- Handle leasing activities: From marketing and showing units to processing applications and executing leases.
- Maintain compliance with affordable housing regulations (LIHTC)
- Respond compassionately to tenant concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Perform regular unit and site inspections
- Coordinate basic Maintenance and ensure our community remains clean and safe
- Support residents with dignity, fairness, and respect

- Property management or affordable housing experience
- Comfortable working independently while staying connected to a supportive agency team
- Demonstrated ability to uphold clear boundaries while fostering respectful, supportive relationships
