JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a Licensed Aesthetician to join our Coral Gables team. This part-time role will focus on providing advanced skin treatments, including the Prime DermaFacial system, while creating an elevated client experience in collaboration with our medical team. The ideal candidate is results-driven, passionate about aesthetics, and committed to client transformation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Clinical Care
Perform comprehensive skin consultations and develop personalized treatment plans
Deliver advanced aesthetic services including Prime DermaFacial, dermaplaning, chemical peels and other clinic-approved treatments
Provide pre- and post-treatment education for optimal results and safety
Maintain accurate client records and follow HIPAA compliance standards
Collaboration
Work closely the medical team to ensure seamless client pathways
Support cross-training and cross-referrals across medical and aesthetic services
Participate in team trainings and ongoing education initiatives
Client Experience
Deliver an elevated, 5-star client experience from consultation to treatment follow-up
Ensure treatment rooms are stocked, sanitized, and prepared per safety and infection control protocols
Represent Relive Healths culture of professionalism, transformation, and client care excellence
REQUIREMENTS
Current Florida Esthetician license
2+ years of hands-on aesthetic experience (medical spa or dermatology preferred)
Experience with advanced devices
Knowledge of skin care products, treatment planning, and aftercare guidance
Strong communication and client education skills
Team-oriented mindset with a passion for client transformation
