Established (25+ Years) National Plaintiffs' Firm Seeking Associate Attorney for Mass Torts in Beverly Hills, CA
An established national plaintiffs' law firm with over 25 years in practice is seeking an Associate Attorney with 1-8+ years of experience to join their Mass Torts team in Beverly Hills, CA. This role is dedicated exclusively to representing plaintiffs in mass tort litigation involving defective drugs, harmful medical devices, environmental exposure, and other large-scale product liability matters. The firm plays a leading role in national multi-district litigation and seeks attorneys who are passionate about advocating for clients harmed by corporate misconduct.
Offer:
Salary range: $120,000 - $225,000, contingent on experience

Qualifications:
2-8+ years of litigation experience, with direct involvement in mass torts or product liability cases
Experience working with co-counsel and managing multi-client dockets
Strong legal research, writing, and motion practice skills
Client-first mindset with excellent communication skills
Active California Bar license in good standing
Responsibilities:
Litigating mass tort cases from intake through resolution, including discovery, depositions, and court filings
Working on high-volume dockets related to defective pharmaceutical products, medical devices, and toxic exposures
Interfacing with clients, experts, and co-counsel in complex multi-district and coordinated proceedings
Contributing to national litigation strategy in collaboration with senior attorneys
Ensuring detailed documentation and compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements
Providing compassionate and responsive communication to individual clients throughout the litigation lifecycle
