What You’ll Do
As a Dedicated Security Officer, you’ll be the face of safety and professionalism at client properties. Duties include:

Conduct patrols of courtyards, offices, pools, and high-value areas

Monitor and secure all access points to prevent unauthorized entry
-
Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a visible, confident presence
-
Write accurate and detailed incident reports using company software
-
Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and supervisors
-
De-escalate situations calmly and respectfully
-
Protect company assets and maintain equipment such as radios, vehicles, and keys
-
Follow post orders and site-specific procedures to ensure operational excellence
Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older
-
High school diploma or GED required
-
Hawaii State Guard Card required (must be active)

Must pass a background check and drug screening
-
Reliable transportation and a dependable device for communication

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail and organization
-
Physically able to move or lift up to 20 lbs

Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and customer satisfaction
Preferred Skills
-
Previous experience as a Security Guard, Security Officer, or Patrol Officer
-
Knowledge of loss prevention and property protection procedures
-
Strong situational awareness and problem-solving abilities
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
