Candidates should have 2-5 years of legal experience in structured finance, including experience with purchase and sale transactions, servicing agreements and financings. The person hired for this position will be a part of a dedicated team and expected responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Representing purchasers, sellers, servicers, creditors and borrowers, including banks, finance companies, private equity funds, hedge funds, public companies and private companies in structured finance transactions, including purchase and sale transactions, servicing agreements and financing transactions
• Drafting and negotiating primary transaction documents and agreements
• Communicating with clients and transaction counterparties
• Working collaboratively to manage closings
• Supporting the practice as needed

Pursuant with New York law, the salary range for this position will be $235,000 - $365,000, based on experience.
