CARE PROGRAM: Clinical Accelerated Readiness Experience Program. Rising Senior level Nursing student at Lander University in a coordinating employment and school opportunity, attains Clinical Hours necessary for senior level nursing course completion at Lander University, and increased clinical experiences outside the traditional instructor led setting. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse Preceptor led environment will perform assigned duties in providing patient care in accordance with established SRH & Nursing Services Policies and Standard Work. Functions in a supportive role to communicate patient care needs and resolve work-related issues while attaining hands-on experience working one-to-one with preceptors of multiple units and departments. Performs any other job related duties as requested by Manager/Director.

Student entering his/her senior year currently enrolled in a school of nursing program who is within 6-12 months of graduation. BLS certified.
