Positn reqs a Juris Doctor (U.S. or For Equiv) in Law & 3 yrs of exp in job offered or a rel role. Must have 3 yrs of exp w/ the following: corp law; law firm or in-house counsel exp w/ respect to corp law matters; draftg & reviewing agreements & transactn rel documentatn. Must have 1 yr of exp w/ the following: US & cross-border derivatives regulatory framework; & US securities laws.
