Vice President Asset Finance- Energy, Resources, & Infrastructure w/ BNP Paribas in NY, NY. Originate project & structured fin deals w/ a focus on Lat America Infrastructure & Energy. Fin documentatn & closing processes, interface w/ counsels (both NY & local Latam ones), & negotiate deal points & legal documentatn w/ clients. Positn reqs a Bach deg (U.S. or Foreign Equiv) in Fin, Econ, Engg or rel field & 6 yrs of exp in job offerd or rel role. Must have6 yrs of exp w/ the following: exp in the fin, infrastructure, or energy sectors; & exp w/ Project Fin Structuring &/or Structured Fin deal execution exp at a major financl institutn, corporatn, consultant or rating agency (incl credit & documentatn negotiatn, credit apps, modeling, & due diligence). Must have 4 yrx of exp w/ the following: exp w/ credit, financl analysis, quantitative, & modeling; & traing & mngg jr staff on financl modeling, due diligence. Spanish lang proficiency reqd. *Telecommuting permitted 40%: wrk may be performed w/in normal commuting distance from the BNP Paribas office in NY, NY. Travel reqd 10% to US, Europe, & Lat America.
