I am looking for an individual who has billing and possibly Inventory experience. This is a supplemental job opportunity that will be paid hourly per diem per job.
This individual must be willing to travel within 2 hours of the Tulsa Metro. It will require overnight stays on most occasions, as time is a priority for PO deadlines.
The job entails being "hands on" on a commerical construction site. The individual would be required to inventory on-site construction materials as well as take inventory of the materials on back order and in transit. They must then bill the appropriate company/individual for each item. The applicant must possess organizational skills, time management skills, and have some billing experience. The individual must be willing to work on a 24hr turnaround. Meaning we send an email at least 24 hours in advance, and the individual is on site when needed.
The pay will be by the hour with hotel, food and mileage, added as an hourly supplement.
$35/hour of "onsite" pay with the additional per diem, supplemental hourly pay from when you leave you house to when you get home of $10/hour. Example; If you leave your house on a Friday at noon and return on Saturday at 3pm that is 27 hours total $270 for the supplemental pay+ the 12hrs of "on site" work. $420. A total of $690 would be paid for this work. All jobs are unique, but hopefully that gives you an idea of what the job would entail.
Remember, we are only looking for applicants that have a flexible schedule. You must be able to be on-site within 24hrs notice. A form will be supplied to give you the opportunity to opt out of any 10 days within a yearly quarter.
