We are looking for several REMOTE Temp to Perm Customer Service Representatives. Must have some call center experience to be considered. MUST also be bilingual Spanish.
This call center position requires you to have great customer service, empathy, & great job stability.
- Title: Remote Call Center Representative
- Pay: $18 Bilingual Spanish (need to speak fluent Spanish & English)
- Start dates: 12/15
- Location:Remote
- Hours: Must be flexible to work any 8-hour shift between 7am-11pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Inbound calls
- Respond to and own consumer inquiries and issues
- Provide education and status on previously submitted authorizations or determination requests
- Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution and attendance
Requirements:
- 1 year of customer service experience with the same company
- High School Diploma
- Great job stability
