<p>We are seeking a qualified person to operate equipment, labor lead employees and be an essential part of our team! You will operate different pieces of equipment performing general excavation tasks. General layout and Forman skills to lead others. Willing to train the right candidate!! Class B or A will be a plus!!<br><br><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Safely operate excavator, skidsteer backhoe loader or tractors</li>
<li>Load and unload cargo</li>
<li>Inspect equipment before and after use</li>
<li>Communicate need for maintenance or repair</li>
<li>Adhere to safety policies and procedures</li>
<li>general labor skills using shovels ,rakes etc</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in equipment operation , excavation, landscaping, truck driving, or other related fields</li>
<li>Strong work ethic</li>
<li>Ability to handle physical workload</li>
</ul>
