Primary Responsibilities

• Work with the engineering and logistics staff to ensure that customer commitments are met.
• Perform a variety warehouse and equipment maintenance tasks
• Pull and check out rental orders
• Clean and put away rental returns
• Maintain accurate logs and records of inventory, equipment maintenance and mandatory safety training
• Oversees rental timelines and retrieval of overdue equipment
• Communicate across the Helical division inventory of equipment and current issues
• Trailer maintenance
• Develop a process for maintenance of testing equipment.
• Make and maintain shipping crates

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
• Excellent mechanical repair skills
• Welding and cutting experience
• Knowledge and experience operating a variety of heavy, power-driven equipment (forklift and excavator)
• Knowledge and experience with hydraulic equipment maintenance a plus
• Computer skills, basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel
• Willing to get dirty
• Excellent communication skills
• Physically able to access equipment by kneeling
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs. plus
• Detail oriented, extreme level of organization and attention to detail
