Endurance Performance Physical Therapist (Runners & Triathletes)
Location: Torrance, CA
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Salary: $90,000 – $105,000 per year

The Movement Schopp is a cash-based, fitness-forward performance physical therapy clinic seeking a Performance Physical Therapist who specializes in runners and triathletes.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1-on-1, hour-long physical therapy sessions (6–8 patients/day)
- Perform comprehensive evaluations focused on:

- Running gait and biomechanics
- Swim / bike / run load management
- Overuse and endurance-related injuries
- Design and progress individualized rehab and performance programs for:

- Runners (5K through marathon)
- Triathletes (sprint through Ironman)
- Implement strength training, plyometrics, and return-to-run programs
- Collaborate with internal team members and external coaches
- Uphold clinic standards and core values
Qualifications
Required
- Licensed Physical Therapist (California)
- CPR Certification
Preferred
- Experience or strong interest in runners and triathletes
- Understanding of endurance training cycles and load management
- Fitness-forward mindset with progressive loading experience
- Strong communication and coaching skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $90,000 – $105,000
