Job Title: Insurance Verification Representative
Location: Cumberland, RI US 02864
Pay: $16.00- $18.00 per hour
Scheduled Pay: BiWeekly
Hours: Monday- Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and Short term disability after 90 days

Insurance Verification Representative Responsibilities

Data entry in internal systems
Open/organize mail and correspondence
Enter receipts and maintain accurate documentation
Verify and re-verify insurance coverage
Support prescription processing with attention to HIPAA
Work independently and multitask effectively
No patient/customer contact

Insurance Verification Representative Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED
1+ year customer service or call-center–type experience
Healthcare/insurance experience is a plus (Medicare/Medicaid/3rd party)
Strong data entry accuracy & attention to detail
Proficiency in Outlook, Word & Excel
