General Maintenance

Full Time

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general property maintenance and be comfortable handling a variety of repair tasks.
Responsibilities:

Perform minor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical repairs
Handle general apartment maintenance including flooring, windows, and fixtures
Complete work orders efficiently and accurately
Conduct routine preventive maintenance for buildings and grounds
Respond to occasional after-hours maintenance emergencies
Participate in a rotating weekly on-call schedule

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
Professional conduct and good communication skills
Ability to handle physical workload
Fiscal responsibility in decision making
Deadline and detail-oriented
