The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients receiving infusion therapy. This role requires expertise in patient assessment,

Duties

• Administer intravenous medications and therapies as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to monitor vital signs and overall health status.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about infusion procedures, potential side effects, and self-care strategies.
• Perform specimen collection processing as needed for diagnostic evaluations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and responses to treatments.
• Provide support in hospice palliative medicine settings when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and infection control measures.

Qualifications

• Current NURSE (Medical Assistant) license and IV certificate in the state of practice..
• Strong skills in patient assessment and critical thinking.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of patient care.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
