We’re hiring an experienced Field Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and service construction equipment, trucks, and trailers across multiple job sites throughout PA/OH/WV. This is the right role for someone who enjoys independence, takes pride in their craftsmanship, and likes solving problems on the move.

What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair equipment at job sites
- Perform PM services and troubleshoot issues quickly
- Use OEM software for diagnostics, logs, and service reports
- Travel between job sites to support equipment uptime
What You Need
- Proven experience repairing heavy equipment or heavy trucks
- Welding experience preferred
- Fully equipped mechanic tool set
- Ability to perform heavy physical tasks (lifting 50+ lbs., climbing, kneeling, etc.
- Ability to pass DOT drug test & criminal background check
Work Environment
Outdoor, all-weather conditions with noise, dust, fumes, and vibrations. No two days are the same — hands-on, dynamic work.
