What You'll Be Doing
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems (heating, cooling, air conditioning, furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, ductwork, ventilation).
- Deliver excellent customer service and build trust on every call.
- Identify opportunities for system upgrades, IAQ products (e.g., air purifiers, humidifiers, dehumidifiers), or replacement systems, including new HVAC installations.
- Present service options and provide recommendations tailored to customer needs.
- Generate estimates and close approved HVAC sales in the field.
- Complete detailed service reports using mobile tools/software

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of residential HVAC experience
- EPA certification (Type II or Universal)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with a sales-oriented mindset
