We’re looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for our company. This role includes greeting visitors, answering phones, managing appointments, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a welcoming manner
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Maintain front desk area and ensure it is clean and presentable
- Perform basic clerical tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry
Requirements:
- Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
