What You’ll Do
- Bring the shine! Safely and confidently operate our cleaning equipment to make every vehicle look its best.
- Be the friendly face of Sparkle Wash. Greet customers with a smile, help them choose the services they need, and thank them as they head out with a freshly cleaned truck.
- Help customers understand their options. Identify what type of wash or service a customer needs and share helpful info about our offerings.
- Keep quality high and trucks moving. Stay focused on delivering top-tier results while helping the team work efficiently through the day’s lineup.
- Stay safe. Use all required safety gear and follow safe work practices.
- Choose the right tools for the job. Pick the best cleaning agents and techniques to get the job done quickly, correctly, and consistently.
- Show up ready to go. Arrive on time for your shift and any team meetings.
- Take pride in your space. Help keep the wash bay and facilities clean and organized.
- Stay on top of the details. Turn in daily paperwork to the Office Manager.
- Be a team player. Jump in on other duties as needed—everyone helps everyone here!
