We are looking for a full-time associate dentist with expertise in restorative dentistry to become part of a successful, technologically advanced fee-for-service dental practice located in Olney, Illinois. Position: Associate Dentist - Fee-for-Service Practice
Location: Olney, Illinois
Employment Type: Full Time (4.5 days per week)
Salary: $200,000 - $400,000+
Compensation & Benefits:
- Daily Guarantee of $1,000 for the initial six months.
- Compensation based on Adjusted Production: 30-34% (Fee-for-Service practice).
- Annual Continuing Education allowance of $4,000.
- 401K plan with automatic contributions (no matching required).
- Monthly stipend for Health Insurance.
- Relocation Bonus of $5,000.
- No insurance limitations!

Clinical Responsibilities:
While we provide support for your development, we expect you to:
- Deliver precise and high-quality restorative treatments to your patients.
- Conduct extractions (experience with implants is a plus; training will be provided).
- Acquire knowledge in advanced procedures (such as bone grafting, cosmetic work, and digital workflows).
- Utilize state-of-the-art technology.
