About the Role
- We’re seeking an experienced Inventory Associate to join our growing team supporting hyperscale data center construction projects. This position plays a key role in maintaining the flow of materials, ensuring accuracy in inventory management, and keeping operations organized in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

Responsibilities
- Receive, organize, and track all materials, tools, and equipment within the warehouse or laydown yard
- Maintain accurate inventory records using digital tracking systems and manual counts
- Coordinate with construction, logistics, and project management teams to ensure timely delivery of materials to worksites
- Inspect shipments for accuracy and damage, documenting discrepancies as needed
- Stage materials for upcoming builds or installations per project schedules
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely (certification preferred)
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment
- Support inbound and outbound deliveries, including loading/unloading trucks as needed
- Adapt to evolving priorities in a dynamic construction setting
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience (construction or data center environment preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Familiarity with basic inventory software and documentation processes
- Forklift certification a plus (or willingness to obtain one)
- Reliable, flexible, and able to workday or night shifts based on project needs
- Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to “hit the ground running”
