What You’ll Do:

Lead the installation of HVAC systems (residential and light commercial)
-
Train and supervise install helpers
-
Ensure installations meet local code and manufacturer standards
-
Troubleshoot issues during installations
-
Communicate professionally with customers and team members
-
Maintain a clean, organized job site and truck
What We’re Looking For:
-
3+ years of HVAC installation experience
-
EPA Certification (required)
-
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to lead and mentor team members
-
Strong knowledge of ductwork, line sets, wiring, and HVAC components
-
Excellent customer service and communication skills
-
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics/crawl spaces
