This full-time Associate Dentist position located in Olney, Illinois, focuses on delivering exceptional restorative dental services within a successful fee-for-service practice that leverages cutting-edge digital technologies, including 3D printing and CBCT. Position: Associate Dentist - Fee-for-Service Practice
Location: Olney, Illinois
Employment Type: Full Time (4.5 days per week)
Salary: $200,000 - $400,000+
Compensation & Benefits:
- Daily Guarantee of $1,000 for the initial six months.
- Compensation based on Adjusted Production: 30-34% (Fee-for-Service practice)
- Annual Continuing Education allowance of $4,000
- 401K plan with automatic contributions (no matching required!)
- Monthly stipend for Health Insurance
- Relocation Bonus of $5,000
- No insurance limitations!

Clinical Responsibilities:
While we support your development, we expect you to:
- Deliver accurate, high-quality restorative treatments to your patients.
- Conduct extractions (implant experience is a plus; training will be provided).
- Acquire knowledge in advanced techniques (bone grafting, cosmetic procedures, digital workflows).
- Utilize state-of-the-art technology.
