In and Out Mobile Auto Cleaning is one of the fastest-growing detailing companies in Northern Virginia. We operate a busy mobile detailing division, a permanent on-site location at One Loudoun, and a shop in Manassas Park. Our team services everyday drivers, corporate fleets, commercial tenants, and high-profile clients throughout the region.
We’re expanding and looking for motivated, clean-cut, and reliable detailers to join our team.
Position Overview
We are seeking a professional Automotive Detailer who works well with both clients and team members, takes pride in their craft, and can handle a fast-paced environment. This position includes mobile work, on-site detailing, and occasional shop assignments.
Responsibilities

Perform thorough interior and exterior detailing

Vacuum, steam clean, wipe panels, clean glass, and treat surfaces

Wash, clay bar, decontaminate, polish, and protect vehicle exteriors

Use buffers, extractors, steamers, pressure washers & professional tools

Follow company SOPs, including required before/after photos

Deliver excellent customer service and communicate professionally

Maintain a clean, organized work environment

Handle mobile setup and breakdown, including loading equipment

Work outdoors year-round (heat, cold, light rain, etc.)

Assist with vinyl/sticker removal and ceramic spray application (training provided)
Requirements
-
1–2 years of detailing experience preferred (training available)

Clean-cut and professional appearance

Able to work well with a team and interact confidently with clients

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to lift 40+ lbs and perform physical labor

Comfortable working outside in both hot and cold weather

Flexible schedule — some weekends and early mornings may be required

Strong attention to detail and work ethic

Punctual, reliable, and accountable

Ability to work independently when needed

Prefer individuals within a 30 min distance to Ashburn VA
